We're hiring for key roles in our Revenue (Sales and Success) and Engineering orgs and want your help finding the best candidates! Here's everything you need to know about our external referral program, and how you can help us grow Zapier (and your bank account!)
💰 Referral Bonus
$5,000 paid after your referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment at Zapier.
🎯 Current Open Roles
We're currently accepting referrals for our Revenue (Sales and Success) org, specifically our Account Executive, Automation Strategist, Sales Leadership/Management, and Sales Engineer (pre-sales) roles.
We find that our most successful team members bring strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales and are highly technical, particularly in using AI. We have also found that those coming from consulting backgrounds transition well into our Account Executive roles.
We're also accepting referrals for our Sr. Director, Engineering (Applied AI) role, that's a good fit for a highly strategic engineering leader that has extensive experience working with Applied AI.
Please note only the roles listed above are eligible for the $5,000 referral fee.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
For Candidates:
- Must be new to Zapier - no applications or interviews in the last 12 months
- Must be a first-time submission - you must be the first person to refer them to Zapier
For Referrers:
- External referrers only (current Zapier employees are not eligible as we have an internal referral program already)
- Must provide your own LinkedIn profile, as well as the candidate's profile for verification
- Referral bonuses will only be paid for candidates hired into the priority roles listed above
📋 How to Submit a Referral
- Complete the referral form with candidate details
- Provide LinkedIn profiles (yours and the candidate's) for verification
- Select appropriate role(s) they'd be suited for
- Explain why they'd be a great fit for Zapier
- Confirm the candidate knows about the referral
That's it! We'll take it from there.
⏰ Timeline & Process
After submission:
- We'll review your referral internally
- Our team will evaluate the candidate's fit
- If selected, we'll reach out to the candidate directly
Payment:
- Referral bonus paid 90 days after the candidate's start date
- Payment processed via standard company procedures
